IST approach

Talent is the recurrent behaviour of a person who demonstrates, in the community of reference, excellent and systematic mastery in the development of knowledge, skills and competences in one or more areas of human activities.

Talent develops due to the correlation of at least three factors: multiple intelligence, motivation and interpersonal relation.

Upon entering the Campus, the IST team, through interviews and activities with the student, creates a Talent Profile. This profile is monitored for the entire time spent in school, through a personal file in which the student’s achievements, discoveries, progress and personal growth are recorded.

GSO periodically organises laboratory activities called T!Labs in which the student is exposed to new experiences linked to the territory and accompanied in the reflection on their attitudes, preferences and aspirations.
